Download & Save the Course Redesign Document to One-Drive

Part I: Download the Course Redesign Document

The link to this document can be accessed directly in the Canvas- Course Designer Training course at the Course Redesign Document Shared Link assignment.

Click on this link 8-Week Redesign Resources. The SharePoint page will open.
Scroll down to the Resources for Course Designers section and click on the highlighted document link titled: “GTCC Course Redesign Document”.

Click on File > Download A Copy a copy. OR File > Save As > Save to the Downloads folder.

Part II: Upload Document to One-Drive

Log into your Titan Email account.
From your GTCC email, click on the Outlook menu.

3. Click on the OneDrive

4. Click My Files

5. Click + Add New

6. Create a new folder if desired. Click on the Folder where you want to save the Course Redesign Document.

7. Click + Add New

8. Click Files Upload

9. Select the Course Redesign Document from the Downloads Folder.

Part III: Change the File Name

Hover over the GTCC_Course_Redesign_Document in your OneDrive
Click on the 3 dots next to the name of the document
Click on Rename
Change GTCC to your course code – Example: From GTCC_Course_Redesign_Document to naming convention: HUM_110_Course_Redesign_Document

Part IV: Get the Shared Link

Hover over the Course Redesign Document in your OneDrive
Click on the 3 dots next to the name of the document
Click on Copy Link. Don't stop here!
Click on the Gear icon or Settings.
Select the dot next to "People in GTCC."
In the More settings, select Can review.

Part V: Paste the Shared Link

Open your Course Redesign Document
Put your cursor at the top of the document. Paste the shared link that you copied.
In the future, when you need the shared link to your Course Redesign Document to submit to Watermark, you can copy and paste this link at the top of the document.
